House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at its 8th session, which took place on 20th November 2019 adopted the necessary amendments for the Law on Audit of Privatization of State Capital of Companies and Banks in the FBiH. The House of Peoples of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH has not yet considered it. These changes are necessary for the Agency in order to be able to work more efficienty and effectively on the privatization audit.
